• Live plants cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive in poor condition.
• Non-perishable items (e.g., pots or gardening tools) may be eligible for returns within 4 days after delivery.

2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please inspect your order upon receipt.
• If your plants or products arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• We do not accept returns for live plants that were delivered in good condition.
• Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Refund Process:

• If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for incorrect or damaged plants or products.
• Replacement items will be shipped after your claim is verified.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
• Ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during return transit.

7. Live Plant Guarantee:

• If a plant arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or refund.
• We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery as care and environmental factors vary.
