Live Plant Guarantee:
We guarantee the safe arrival of your plants. If they arrive damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
Restrictions:
Some plants may be restricted from shipping to certain regions due to agricultural laws. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the plants comply with local import regulations.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. However, we will assist in resolving lost or delayed shipments.
